One of the hazards of living next to a Great Lake, I guess. I wonder how long THIS snow will last. Not more than 5 days, I'm sure. I am sooooooooooooo ready for spring....
Hey, Erica! You live near my favorite cafe then. You know the one!
Kelly, I took it out my car window while stopped at a red light. The wet smudges on the windshield gave the shot almost a selective focus look.
Melody, it IS cold! I took some photos this morning on my way to the train, and my hands were burning from the cold, if you know what I mean. You may not experience that ever in Texas, of course...
How do you live with so much snow? Today we had our first real snow of the year in DC. I was hoping for work to close because usually DC is wimpy when it comes to snow, but we stayed open. Turns out I'm the wimp, I want to go to bed. I can't imagine a full winter of this!
That's a really cool shot. I love the angle! We don't get a lot of snow in Nashville. So, I have to appreciate it through pictures. But, it's been cold here too. I'm very ready for Spring!

I talked to somebody from Chicago yesterday - she said the temp was -10°. That is just too dang cold! I feel for you.
I have to admit that I visited that cafe both yesterday morning and this morning....
