Signature

I take a lot of photos.  Duh.  You may wonder what goes through my mind when I sift through a day's captures, how certain ones catch my fancy while others end up deleted or unflagged for further finessing.  I don't have a rhyme or reason, but I can tell you when I saw this shot that I recognized something about it that was very familiar, that it was in some sense a "signature" shot of mine.  It's kind of weird for me to be reconizing my own "style" and I have no idea what it means to have a recognizable style, but it was a tad surreal to look at this image and think, "Oh, that looks like a Sarah-Ji image."

I think it's funny that you would say that because you are one of the people I look up to in terms of style. You have a really solidly recognizable (and gorgeous) style, and I often think of it when I am trying to find my own.
