window shopping You would think that after the gorgeous day on Saturday, I'd be complaining about the rain we had yesterday. Truth be told, however, I actually savored a little walk through the Waters Community Garden with my camera and umbrella. Things are starting to grow there, and it's soul-satisfying to be in the midst of that with a gentle fall of rain adding to the sights and sounds of my surroundings.
I had my camera in a plastic ziploc bag to protect it, and I took a few shots through the wet plastic itself and I like the dreamy look that resulted. I think I'm going to have to experiment more with improvised filters like this.
